How does the free trial work?
Download ArboGen and use it free for 3 months (Early Adopter) or 1 month (Standard) — no payment details required upfront. You’ll have access to the full product so you can see exactly how it works for your practice before committing.
How does it work with my existing report templates?
You add placeholders to your existing Word documents in the places where you want ArboGen to insert generated content. Once set up, ArboGen populates those placeholders automatically every time you export. Your templates stay yours — ArboGen just fills them in.
How long does setup take?
Around 30 minutes. We have a video guide that walks you through everything step by step.
Does it work with BS 5837:2012?
Yes. ArboGen supports both BS 5837:2012 and BS 5837:2026, so you can work to whichever standard your project requires and transition to the new standard at your own pace.
Can multiple users share a licence?
Licences are per device, so each machine running ArboGen needs its own licence. If you have a team, get in touch and we can discuss the best setup for your practice.
What happens to my data?
our survey and project data stays entirely on your machine. We never see it.
Can I cancel my subscription?
