Download ArboGen
You’ll need your licence key
After installation, ArboGen asks for a licence key the first time you open it. Your key is emailed to you when you start your trial. Check your inbox for it, and your spam folder if it hasn’t appeared.
If Windows shows a warning
The first time you run the installer, Windows may show a blue box saying “Windows protected your PC”. This is normal for software from a new publisher and doesn’t mean anything is wrong with the file.
Click More info, then Run anyway.
Norton may also flag the installer or quarantine it. This is because ArboGen is a recent release with a small number of downloads so far, and Norton treats unfamiliar files cautiously by default; it isn’t a detection of anything in the file. I’ve reported it to Norton and it’s under review. In the meantime, choose to keep or allow the file when prompted, or email me (info@arbogen.co.uk) and I’ll talk you through it.
Something not working?
Email me directly at info@arbogen.co.uk and I’ll sort it out. If you’re stuck at the install stage, tell me what the screen says and I’ll usually know what it is.
